Important information about salon rules

1. If the client wants to bring the dog only for a haircut without bathing, then he is obliged to bathe his animal on his own at home on the same day on which he registered the animal for a haircut. This must be done with high quality so that the wool is prepared for the procedure and the result is a perfect haircut.
   If the client brings a dirty animal only for a haircut, then it must be washed by the groomer in the salon, or if the client refuses the bathing service, then the groomer has the right to refuse to service this animal.
   The purity of the animal’s coat is determined by the professional groomer of our salon.
2. Cats are sheared only in the presence of their owner, except for calm cats who are accustomed to the procedure and do not show even minimal aggression.
3. Aggressive animals, whether it be a dog or a cat, are paid according to the price tag + 500Kc extra for aggression. Aggressive dogs weighing more than 10kg are not served.
4. Free waiting for the owner’s pet in our salon lasts 1 hour, then the waiting is paid at 200Kc for each additional hour already started.
5. The arrival of one groomer to your home for the implementation of the procedure you have chosen is paid according to the price list of the salon + 1000Kč you pay for the departure. If you want 2 groomers to come to your house, then each amount is doubled.
6. After accepting the client in our salon, the groomer is obliged to inform the client of the exact final price of the finished procedure. An exception is the removal of ticks, the number of which cannot be predicted. This client pays additionally upon provision at the end of the procedure. If, during the shearing process, the groomer discovers a problem that he can fix, then before that he is obliged to inform the owner of the animal about it.
7. In our salon there is a Taxi service for animals, in case you are not able to bring the animal to us and then pick it up. This service is charged separately. Price of the service (delivery from home to the salon and then back home after the procedure) 1000Kč.
8. If the client is late for the procedure by more than 15 minutes, then he violates the work plan and must be prepared for the fact that the procedure will take longer than expected.
9. The price of cutting and bathing dogs with an extremely large weight (30 kg and more) is according to the agreement with the salon.
10. The cost of grooming a dog (cat) may cost more if for some reason it takes longer to complete. For example, the thickness and length of the coat, the neglected condition of the coat, the dog’s aggression, etc. If the groomer sees that the price will differ from the base price, then he is obliged to inform the animal owner about this in advance, before starting the procedure, and only after the owner’s consent begin his work.
11. By purchasing the package, you will also receive free: nail clipping, ear cleaning, ear hair removal, drying after bathing, and perfume application.
