Ozone-oxygen therapy

Ozone-oxygen therapy is an incredibly beneficial procedure not only for humans, but also for animals. The main goal is the comprehensive healing of the whole body. Ozone-oxygen mixture therapy can reduce the number of pathogenic bacteria and fungi on the skin, stop and prevent the process of baldness (alopecia), improve the quality of the coat, strengthen and calm the nervous system; has a beneficial effect on the gastrointestinal tract*, restores hormonal levels and metabolism. For dogs, ozone baths are very pleasant, it is a real relaxation, it acts like a gentle massage. The animal is placed in a bath filled with preheated water at a comfortable temperature. Furthermore, a compressor is placed in the bath, which creates ozonated air, which saturates the water with oxygen. To increase the effect and completely relax your pet, you can add special oils and salts that additionally moisturize and nourish the fur and skin of the animal. The procedure takes about 20 minutes and the effect is visible already after the first use. Ozone baths also help eliminate inflammatory processes, accelerate wound healing, improve blood circulation in capillaries and expand them. This will allow you to strengthen the hair follicles, which will result in a denser hair structure. Ozone baths are prescribed for dogs and for problems with fleas. A single visit to the salon is enough to eliminate the problem. The number of procedures and their frequency depends on the problem that needs to be solved. Sometimes one procedure is enough, sometimes it is necessary to undergo a course of ten procedures once a month and so on. Contraindication

Like all medical and health procedures, ozone therapy has its contraindications, which must be taken into account before visiting the salon, namely:
  • problems with the thyroid gland (hyperthyroidism);
  • low blood sugar – hypoglycemia;
  • severe diabetes mellitus;
  • diagnosed epilepsy;
  • thrombocytopenia;
  • low blood pressure;
  • hemophilia;
  • post-stroke conditions;
  • stomach ulcer during exacerbation;
  • inflammatory processes in the pancreas;
  • tendency to internal bleeding.
